In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective advertising strategies for TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads,Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal results,Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives,Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders,Optimize ad spend and maximize ROI,Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field,Proven experience in digital advertising, preferably with TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads,Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel),Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative advertising campaigns,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian
