📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
