📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect and calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance projects.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility and engineering maintenance.
• Certification in relevant maintenance standards and practices, such as ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, or equivalent.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
