📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and mentor a team of workers, ensuring high levels of productivity and safety.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time and in the required quantities.
• Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including time, materials, and labor costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using construction management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and travel.
