📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle mileage, and other performance metrics to optimize efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage the fleet budget and negotiate with vendors for the best prices on fuel, maintenance, and other related services.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
