Mandiri Property is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Jimbaran. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing candidates and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance appraisals, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Coordinate with the finance department to process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.,Support the HR Manager in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
