CAST Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Security professional to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the collaborative environment of an office setting. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, facilities, and assets. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and safe workplace for everyone.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and security personnel.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.,Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect against physical and cyber threats.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including breaches, thefts, and other security-related events.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security professionals as needed.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.,Maintain accurate records of security incidents and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST.,Experience with access control systems, surveillance equipment, and security software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SIA, CPP, or similar).
