📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Communicate effectively with employees and management to resolve IT issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
