📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate distribution performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage a team of distribution officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
