📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.,Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies is a plus.
