We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our information security programs to protect our data and systems from potential threats. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful and vibrant environment while contributing to the security of our global operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain information security programs and policies to protect MicroSourcing's data and systems.,Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats and recommend mitigation strategies.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, working closely with IT and other departments to ensure the safety of our systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to our security infrastructure.,Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure their security practices align with MicroSourcing's standards.,Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a culture of security within the organization.,Work closely with the IT department to ensure the security of our IT infrastructure and systems.,Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident response plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in information security, with a strong background in designing and implementing security programs.,Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.,Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and technologies.,Strong knowledge of risk assessment and management practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with cloud security and compliance requirements is a plus.
