📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure construction work meets design specifications and quality standards.,Prepare and submit technical reports, including progress reports, inspection reports, and final project reports.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into project work.,Mentor and train junior engineers and other team members to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in civil/structural engineering.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant applications.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
