📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze service level indicators (SLI) and service level requirements (SLR) to ensure they meet predefined targets.,Identify and troubleshoot issues that may impact service levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels and enhance customer satisfaction.,Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track service level performance.,Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams to ensure service level objectives are met.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in service level management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service level performance.,Work closely with stakeholders to address service level issues and ensure timely resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.,Strong understanding of service level management principles and practices.,Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for monitoring and analyzing service levels.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
