📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and adjust distribution strategies accordingly.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective distribution.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to distribution and logistics.,Provide regular reports and updates to the Distribution Manager on the status of distribution activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
