📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operation of the laboratory, including sample preparation, testing, and analysis.,Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials, finished products, and packaging.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.,Record and document test results and maintain laboratory records.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency.,Support the Lab Technician in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Knowledge of quality control procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
