📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to the hiring team to enhance their recruitment skills and knowledge.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
