📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain efficient kitchen operations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on sales and financial performance.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to improve service quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven experience in managing staff and teams.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
