📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the planning and execution of retail sales strategies.,Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales promotions and discounts.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Assisting in the training and development of new sales staff.,Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and tools.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to travel and work in different retail locations.
