📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, medication dispensing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and patient satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy efficiency and effectiveness.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication information.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy activities.,Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local language and cultural norms is a plus.
