📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.,Maintain and update training materials, including manuals, handbooks, and other resources.,Monitor and track employee progress and performance to ensure continuous improvement.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
