📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of patient conditions.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.
  • Participating in continuous education and professional development activities.
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
  • Responding to emergencies and implementing appropriate measures to ensure patient safety.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
