📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.

Managing supplier relationships and maintaining good communication.

Monitoring inventory levels and placing purchase orders.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Analyzing purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Handling supplier invoices and payments.

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the purchasing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Good understanding of supply chain management principles.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
