📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing excellent customer service and assistance to customers at the sales counter.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.
  • Promoting products and services to customers.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales counter area.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer and sales software is a plus.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
