In this role, you will be responsible for managing order and billing processes for our B2B Australian telecom clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the order and billing processes for B2B Australian telecom clients,Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and invoices,Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies,Maintain and update client records and billing information in the company's CRM system,Generate and analyze reports on order and billing performance to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order and billing management,Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or billing,Strong knowledge of CRM systems and billing software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Australian telecom industry and regulations is a plus
