Bit Crystal Pratama is seeking a reliable and responsible Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and patrolling the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conducting regular security checks and inspections of the facility and its surroundings.,Enforcing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintaining a visible and professional presence to deter potential security risks.,Assisting with the management of access control systems, including keys, badges, and other security credentials.,Providing a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and customers.,Reporting any security concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel or authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Good knowledge of security procedures, policies, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not required).,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian

Security awareness and risk assessment skills.Basic first aid and emergency response skills.Proficiency in using security equipment such as metal detectorsdoor alarmsand surveillance systems.Knowledge of access control systems and procedures.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to maintain a professional and discreet demeanor.Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security.
