📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Oversee the procurement process from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
