📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data across various systems.
Conduct regular data quality audits and assessments.
Develop and implement data quality improvement plans.
Create and maintain data quality metrics and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues.
Provide training and guidance to team members on data quality best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data quality assurance or a similar role.
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data validation software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in data quality (e.g., CDQA) is a plus.
Familiarity with data governance and data management practices.
