📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and other accounting software.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide support to the finance team in various financial projects and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and other accounting software such as QuickBooks or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
