📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist in vehicle inspections, including pre- and post-rental checks.
• Process rental agreements, contracts, and payment transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized rental office.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.
• Update and maintain customer records and rental databases.
• Assist in promoting our vehicle rental services and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the vehicle rental industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
