In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver high-quality data center projects. You will leverage your expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Procore to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Leverage project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Procore to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the construction team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on data center projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end construction projects, including procurement, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Procore.
