📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular audits of pawnshop branches to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor financial transactions and prepare detailed audit reports.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with branch managers to address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on auditing procedures and financial management.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections as required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or financial management, preferably in the pawnshop industry.
- Certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
