🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation management, product development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading innovation projects and driving transformative change.
• Strong understanding of data analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in a rapidly changing environment.
• Certification in innovation management or a related field is a plus.
