📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Operating and maintaining coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Taking customer orders and ensuring prompt and accurate service.
• Assisting in cleaning and maintaining the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or café.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
